Babel Tower is an Evil Symbol from Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten. The bill for the Babel Tower is unlocked by attacking while you're in a tower formation. Babel Tower will give anyone in the effects of the Evil Symbol the command Dual Throw. Its effects are similar to the Lift Inspectors Club in Disgaea 3. The Dual Throw command can be used by characters part of a tower to throw characters above them, making it useful to reach tall places.
