Tomoko Hinuma is a female spirit in Fatal Frame IV: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse. She was one of the patients who was being taken care of on Rougetsu Island. She drowned in the pool outside Rougetsu Hall, where she was found by a nurse, and her hidden ghost can be found there. She was one of several patients who became confused at the time the Utsuwa fell unconscious during the Rougetsu Kagura, and apparently found her way into the pool.
