Lieutenant, Junior Grade Elnora Abigail Burleigh is currently the counselor for the USS Hyperion. She is a Human/Argelian hybrid with a generally sweet disposition, but also with her wild side. Being half-human, she is only able to communicate weak images to telepathic races. It’s easier between her and other telepathic races, but she can sense emotion in non-telepathic races. On her human side, she has a Hispanic background.
