Harold Lane is a human diver located at Daggercap Bay, Howling Fjord. He claims he is on a mission given to him by Vice Admiral Keller to retrive supplies from the shipwrecks of Daggercap, and asks Player's to help him (althought he is probably a treasure hunter who wants all of the "goodies" for himself).
