Thirteenth Doctor is the Doctor from Uku Kivistik's Doctor Who Seasons 1 - 15. His first appearance was seen in Hielbentu and final appearance in First Question(Season 15 special episode). Thirteenth Doctor appears as a 14-years old mature teenager who is smart by it's own. His personality is joy, happiness, cheerful mostly... But sometimes dark, sad, depressive.
