Tuko Notivo was a male Ithorian bounty hunter who lived during the Imperial and the Rebellion era. He worked for Kolluga Desilijic Fortiure and Arok Desilijic Tiure many times, and briefly, for the Separatists. One assignment, he was hired by Galen Ryyder to kidnap the Anx king Tot Howler's daughter, Spika Howler. But Howler soon found out and had Ryyder arrested, but Notivo escaped. He also was assigned with Aurra Wapa to break out Kyota Clay and Poonka Gra out of prison and bring them to Grevious.
