Captain Regilus is an Imperial member of Legion Zero. He serves as a spy for the Drake of Blades. He is slowly decaying from the inside as he was forced to consume the Blood of Coldharbour when the daedra invaded the Imperial City, a substance causing him to progressively becoming mind-shriven. He eventually poisons himself to prevent becoming mind-shriven.
