The Araragi Matriarch is the mother of Koyomi Araragi, Karen Araragi, and Tsukihi Araragi. Tsukihi mentions at one point that both parents are police officers. She and Koyomi's father give permission off-screen for Tsubasa Hanekawa to spend time at their place for shelter. Tsubasa speaks to her between 3 and 4 minutes into Second Season Episode 04: Tsubasa Tiger, Part 4.
