Tommy Fletcher is/was a camera operator and former clapper loader and focus puller. Fletcher worked as a location unit camera operator on Thunderbird 6, most likely filming the real-life Tiger Moth bi-plane footage. He later worked on Revenge (1971) and Disciple of Death (1972). The first known film that Fletcher worked on is Xivth Olympiad The Glory of Sport (1948).
