Uga-Buga is a Caribbean politician and a former professional wrestler, best known for his appearances in Extreme Wrestling Federation in Poland. He was the first commissioner (2001-2002) of the Union of Caribbean Islands and Islets (UoCIaI). He also served as the Chief Negotiator responsible for Union's NAFTA accession negotiations.
