Raj ?? (codename unknown) is a student at Whateley Academy. He is a member of the Dragons or at least has use of their Dojo and is from India. Mule goes to him to get information on whom would attack Folder, Raj suggest either Cassandra Phelps or Theophany. Mule finds him attractive, but knows that he doesn't swing that way. He is at least a Sophomore '06-07 school year.
