Joe Webster was a Starfleet SEAL assigned to the USS Pendragon in the mid-2380s. He specialized in computer systems, electronic intelligence and combat technology. Joe was a close friend of Ryan Dicker and Joe and Joanna Barranco. (Star Trek: Pendragon) In photomanipulations for Star Trek: Pendragon, Joe Webster was "played" by Corin Nemec.
