Mr. Mendoza is a character in Double Down. He is the father of Mariana Mendoza. He appears to be ok with his daughter, Mariana holding whatever kind of party she wants as long as it stays in the basement. He even allows a party to be held the year after it got so big that it spilled to the outside and the cops had to come shut it down. After that incident, he still let's his daughter hold a party. He watches a horror movie with his wife, Mrs. Mendoza during the party.
