Okl Qe'lad was an albino male Vurk from Sembla. He joined Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 in 14 ABY. On the way, Okl was bitten by a howler. Another Jedi hopeful named Aiddat helped him. Upon arriving at the Academy, they were both made apprentices of Jedi Master Gir Kagn. Like the other Jedi students, Okl went on some missions independently, and some with his Master-and-2 apprentices team. He was a very stealthy Jedi, who focused on speed, soft step, timing, and mind trick abilities. Sometimes he would subconsciously be stealthy and startle people without meaning to.
