The Hammerhead tank is the the main battle tank of The Tau Empire. These tanks are equiped with a railgun as it's main weapon, with burst cannons or a smart missle system as secondary weapon systems. Many a Imperial tank crews learned the hard way the Hammerhead's main weapon can be. Usually, the Hammerhead is used in groups of at least three called 'Elimination Groups.' The Hammerhead has seen such exstensive use that it's been used in every assualt at least once. It's one of the most feared weapons in the Tau Empire's arsenal.
