The 2007 Carfax 250 was a Busch Series event held at Michigan International Speedway on August 18, 2007. Denny Hamlin simply leveled the field, leading 69 of the 125 laps and pulling away to a seven-second victory on Matt Kenseth, Hamlin's second triumph of the year. Points leader Carl Edwards continued to struggle mightily, finishing 28th, but still had a 700-point championship lead on Kevin Harvick (3rd). However, Jeff Burton's #29 team took the lead in the Owner's Standings by 40 markers on Edwards' #60 team. Stats
