No New Factories - by Centurion - The Rule Under this house rules no new factories may be built. Remarks This rule was proposed by Centurion in the East&West Discussion Forum. This is the original message: I find that just taking away the ability to build new factories really helps balance the game, even without a bonus for Russia. The new factories only help the Allies anyway, and it makes it more fun. Rather than just pumping units out of India and Japan, the US & UK actually have to think about the logistics of transport supply, and it keeps the battles in Asia mostly low-tech, like they probably would have been in real life (lots of men with guns, few planes and tanks).
