LIPHLICH are a visual kei band, first formed in 2007 by vocalist Kuga Shingo and bassist Wataru Shindo. They performed together for some time until original guitarist Akito Kikuchi and drummer Eiki Maruyama joined their group and LIPHLICH became a full-fledged band in 2010.
