The beginning of his meaning seemed to have started on 9/24/08. He didn't make a full appearance because Phony Poo didn't think it was entirely necessary. Although in the early morning of 9/25/08, he seemed to have started stalking the populace (namely Xassnon). There is no proof that he's causing any harm, potentially (therefore he could also just be pestering people for his own entertainment). There is a very small chance that he may be mistaken in his so called "beliefs" (when alone, he talks to himself about this unknown matter).
