Amanda Wilkerson was a Lieutenant Commander and also a volunteer for the group, "Perverts Brought to Justice" (PB&J, although Mossad/NCIS Liaison Officer Ziva David originally thought that the slogan meant 'Peanut Butter and Jelly'.) Wilkerson began working with the group after her fourteen year old niece was raped by an online pedophile. Her techniques which involved her personally confronting various suspects often brought her into conflict with the group as one of the suspects even ended up suing the group due to Wilkerson harassing them.
