Liam O'Donnell was a 24th century male Human, a Starfleet officer. In the year 2381, he was given command of the USS Demeter, a starship assigned to Project Full Circle, a fleet tasked with exploration of the Delta Quadrant. (VOY novel: Full Circle) In the 2350s/2360s, O'Donnell had once been assigned to help the Kressari, during which time had married a Kressari wife named Alana. At one point, Liam and Alana were expecting a child, but lost the baby due to miscarriage. Alana died of complications due to the miscarriage.
