Arcy or Arceusfan2013, joined the wiki in early 2013. He immediately want Ethan banned after the later called him out for not being a mapper, followed by Zukas. Eventually some mappers created operation Phoenix where they would leave the wiki if Arcy wasn't banned. Batran accepted and Arcy was blocked from the Wiki.
