Canberra Towers is a 24 storey tower block in Southampton. Built in the 1960s, it has a similiar 'T' shaped footprint to the closely related Millbrook Towers and Redbridge Towers blocks in the city. Unlike the other two blocks , Canberra Towers has a concrete facade rather than brick with pebbledash panels and the windows all line up - they are staggered with the other two blocks. Canberra Towers is the focal point of the Weston Estate - it dwarfs the five smaller tower blocks adjacent to it along Weston Shore and is a landmark for those travelling by boat along Southampton Water.
