The Angwel Collective was a group of three star systems that functioned as single political entity within the New Republic. Early in the Stellar Imperial War, though, the Collective secretly defected and joined the Stellar Imperium. A new Senator was appointed, by the name of Prille Quoll. Quoll was actually Darth Inferna, working directly for Empress Shira, and used her position to gather information for the Stellar Imperium and to try to frustrate and stall war discussions in the New Republic Senate. The main star system was the location of the Battle of Angwel, which was fought in 29 ABY.
