Dialogue >> Coconut Milk Vendor is a character who owns a food stand on Main Street, next to the Coconut Cafe. If you talk to him, he will give you a free glass of Carbonated Coconut Milk. The coconut milk is necessary when completing Shark Tooth Island as it is one of the three items you need in order to make the recipe.
