Scritch is a witch who appeared in a story segment in The Muppets on Puppets. Her family once owned the land on which the kindgom was built on, and therefore believed the land to be hers, threatening King Fred and Princess Gwendolynda to leave. After failing, she turned into a dragon and sent herself to the kingdom in a package. Charlie fought her, and his feather tickled her, causing her to laugh like she never laughed before, and like it. Due to her laughter,King Fred decided to give her a job at the palace.
