A super-villain group, the Evil Alliance has made a home for itself in Isola, Georgia. The group is led by the super-villain Night Lord, a criminal who fled to Isola after escaping prison in New York. He assembled a group of super-powered villains and began his quest to take over Isola. Evil Alliance is opposed by the Legion of Justice.
