The Three Estates is the name given to the Hawkesley, Pool Farm, and Primrose Hill Estates in Kings Norton, Birmingham. The estates are all postwar, with Pool Farm and Primrose being built in the 1960s and the Hawkesley estate mainly being built in the 1970s. The area is undergoing a long term regeneration programme.
