Liam Oxford (リアム.オックスフォード Riamu Okkusufōdo) is currently a Wandering Swordsman who seemingly traverses the entire of the Grand Line and New World himself, regardless of the risks associated with the said task. He is a very powerful individual who has no known affiliation, but is loosely acquainted with the Hoodlum Pirates, or more specifically, Itsuki and Ringo Minami. Although in what way is unknown, he seems to assist them on occasion. His power is feared so greatly that he is known as the Armory of Blood (血中の防具工場 Ketchū no bōgu kōjō).
