Agitated Stratholme Citizens are level 80 humans found throughout King's Square and Festival Lane in Old Stratholme. They can be seen harassing food vendors, the grain supplier, and trying to get into the town hall to speak to the magistrate for leadership. When the culling begins they turn into Risen Zombies.
