Haagen Vantall was the steward of the Blue Shields, a religious fighting cult. Haagen appeared like an older version of his commander, Tyvar Gendarian. He had a thick head of black hair and a beard shot with grey. Like the rest of the Blue Shields, he dressed in heavy iron armor covered in a white tabard bearing a triangular pale blue shield symbol.
