The Misuse of Muggle Artefacts office deals with the muggle appliances and objects that have had magic applied to them. They regulate the issue of such items as well as confiscating those that have been illegally bewitched against the Ministry's guidelines and advice. The Misuse office also assists with those muggles that have had the objects placed back in their near vicinity as either a joke or an attempt to harm a muggle. They are involved with the investigation and confiscation of such items and have skills to deal so above any other department.
