Summer Fallout II was the fifth PPV event in IOW and the second Summer Fallout event in history. Summer Fallout II was labelled SOS vs. IOW and the show was headlined by the SOS vs. IOW feud with two matches; The Buck vs. Dante with the IOW Championship on the line. As well as Kai Sears vs. Josh Outland in a Strap Match. The event also featured the culmination of the feud between Team Catwalk and Flux as T.C defended their IOW Tag Team Championships inside of a steel cage. Also on the card was a British Rose Title bout between Mr. Pink and Alex Phenomenon as well as a woman's tag team match that pitted Melissa Chambers and Kimberley Robinson against Lydia Frost and Azriel.
