Zaizen Asakura (アサカーラー・ザイゼン Asakura Zaizen) is a Chūnin and the heir of the once prestigious Asakura Clan. Having failed his Genin test, Zaizen is considered the final nail on the clan's proverbial coffin, having possibly caused permanent damage to their once illustrious reputation. He has not given up yet, and has decided to join the Konoha Reserves with the full intention of eventually getting himself promoted into the regular forces, something which has never been done since the founding of the shinobi program.
