Sea Traps are enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. They are vine-covered, thorny obstacles that resemble Peahats; they are scattered throughout the World of the Ocean King, though they appear most frequently in the Southwestern Sea. Appearing randomly, they attempt to damage the S.S. Linebeck simply by appearing in the ship's course, as a collision with a Sea Trap will cause the ship damage. Link must jump over them to dodge the spike-covered rod in the center or shoot both of the sides to completely destroy the Sea Trap. It is unknown whether they are sentient beings or not.
