David Xernian is the main character of Kalos. Originally from Twinleaf Town in the Sinnoh Region, David moved to Kalos after his parents divorced. He made friends quickly and was eventually discovered to have Asperger's Syndrome, which brought on an obsessive love of Pokemon and battling. Professor Sycamore regards him as his prime student, a genius in his own right. He also has had a lingering interest in the mysteries of Kalos, such as Mega Evolution and the Fairy-type. He is currently travelling in Kalos with his romantic interest and best friend, Serena Gabena.
