Ranali was born in the southern parts of Mulgore, within a small tauren tribe called Stormhide. She and her older sister Iresa, grew and became both important additions to their very small tribe. They were not the best of hunters like many of the others, but they showed cunning in magics. Only two more from the tribe knew the path which so early illuminated before the two calves. Ranali was sent to Moonglade along with many other youths after the tribe had decided to move along with the tauren of the Bloodhoof tribe. Together building the Bloodhoof village. Iresa stayed in Bloodhoof village, helping out and giving a good reputation for their own small tribe.
