The land known as International Territory is an island off the coast of Squibble. International Territory has belong to a number of private organizations, primarily international organizations. Prior to the Collective Security and Cooperation Organization purchasing the territory Indralan owned the territory and before them the Council of Terran States. The area continues to serve as the meeting place of the CSCO as well hundreds of diplomatic personnel. The CSCO has formed a local governance council for those members of the CSCO who work and live around the CSCO complex.
