Colonel Moresby is friends with Chief Swift Arrow and his tribe, with whom he has signed a treaty as a representative of the United States Army. Chief Red Eagle launches an attack on the fort Moresby is in charge of, sending Crooked Antler to deal with Swift Arrow. At the battle Swift Arrow saves Moresby by battling with Red Eagle. Crooked Antler throws a battle stick at Swift Arrow, but misses. He knocks Red Eagle unconscious instead. Colonel Moresby then shoots and kills Crooked Antler.
