Hurthling cakes are one of the basic types of food in ADOM. When eaten, they grant a certain amount of satiation that depends on their B/U/C status. See the Satiation Value table below for details. Cursed hurthling cakes are made of real hurthling. A troll that eats a cursed hurtling cake thus gets a greater satiation value than if they ate a blessed cake; thus making the item nearly unique, in the fact that its cursed state provides more benefit to certain PCs than its blessed state (the same is true of spider bread and dark elves). However, races other than trolls will be stunned by the horrible realization.
