Confrontation Between Gibbs, DiNozzo and Perry Sterling is a confrontation that took place in March 2009 in which NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Anthony DiNozzo engaged in a stand-off against Perry Sterling. The stand-off ended with Sterling surrendering but not before Sterling had shot and killed a Federal Marshal and also injured CIA agent Trent Kort.
