The world's strongest human, he is first encountered in Chapter 2, fighting off monsters until Pit arrives, upon which he joins forces with him in order to reach Dark Lord Gaol, a former friend of his. Cynical and blunt, he is quick to voice complaints about how the gods aren't doing their job to keep the world safe as they're supposed to, and frequently makes fun of Pit (along with everyone else). Under this rough facade, he has a caring heart, and grows to respect Pit for his actions.
