The Communion of Worlds is a confederacy of independant systems which have banded together to deal with the rising new SolGov threat to their sovreignties. All the membership is very diverse and has little in common besides their want to stay independent of the SolGov. They are led by a Chancellor, who is elected every 2 years. He has little power outside of organizing a defense if the CorEmp attacks.
