The Sisters of Oriza are a matriarchal society set up to honour the legend of Lady Oriza. Much of their practice is devoted to mastering the weapon that is known as the Oriza plate, a bladed disc that is thrown with the intention of decapitating enemies, much like the one that Lady Oriza used herself to kill Gray Dick. The society exists in Calla Bryn Sturgis and is one of the factions that helps Roland Deschain, Jake Chambers, Eddie Dean, and Susannah Dean fight against the Wolves.
