7860 Remote Controlled Signal is a LEGO Trains set released in 1980. It contains 24 pieces. The set contains two "breaker rails" which stop the train on a red signal. However reliable operation of the system depends on the speed of the train, where if the train is running too fast, it can jump the signal - which usually results in the locomotive decoupling from the rest of the train.
