Sinead will be able to absorb kinetic energy from any moving object or person, and once the kinetic energy has been absorbed she will be able to use it many different ways, such as by converting it into physical strength or using it to create powerful energy blasts. By absorbing the energy she could stop a person's movement or prevent a collision or attack. Those she freezes will always remain trapped where they are, even if it is in a normally unsustainable position such as in mid-air.
