The darkness amulet was what Cohh-han was wearing while she was evil. During the fight with her, Hajuon struck it with an elemental arrow, which turned temporarily into an arrow of light. It removed the evil from the darkness, which are not the same. Thus, Cohh-han was just overcome by the evil power of this amulet. This is later used by another hero...
