The Foruma Lawyteret served as the meeting place for the Lawyteret T'lessia, the ruling body of the Sa'ari people of T'lessia. The complex itself contained administrative offices for the Presidia, Vice-Presidia, and the various delegates to the Lawyteret as well as meeting rooms for the various committees. The main building centered around a massive circular chamber, with an anterior lobby that provided access to the main floor and an upper observation deck. The chamber itself served as an assembly hall for the two hundred twelve delegates, two each from the one hundred and six Sa'ari republics, where matters of global importance were brought forth and deliberated upon.
