Klim Dokachin was the Zakdorn quartermaster for the Federation Surplus Depot Z15 in orbit of Qualor II in 2368. When Commander William T. Riker requested permission to examine the surplus depot to see if any ships were missing, Dokachin became indignant. He corrected Riker on the pronunciation of his surname, and was reluctant to surrender what little authority he had, but agreed to cooperate when Deanna Troi charmed him and told Troi about a fourteen-foot-long Caldorian eel he once found and still owned as a pet. Klim Dokachin was played by the late actor Graham Jarvis.
