Lois Blake ventured underground and gained the same powers as Fred Parrish, the Blue Bolt. She partnered with Blue Bolt helping him fight the Green Sorceress and her Green Army. The Green Sorceress and Lois both had feelings for Fred and their rivalry over him would often escalate to violence.
